What We Look For

Recurring Revenue

Predictable, repeat customer demand that supports stable cash flow and long-term durability.

Brand Reputation

Strong local presence built through consistent service and customer trust.

Growth Potential

Opportunities to expand through focused, hands-on operational improvement.

Low Concentration Risk

Diversified customer and supplier base supporting resilient revenue.

An Operator-Led Approach

01

Full-Time Operators

We step into day-to-day management roles at close. This is not a passive investment; we are hands-on operators.

02

Long-Term Ownership

We are focused on building long-term value and compounding growth, not reselling the business over a short-term horizon.

03

People First

We prioritize employees and customer relationships. Continuity matters, to us and to the business we acquire.

04

Flexible Transition

Collaborative handoff tailored to the seller. We move efficiently, close cleanly, and support you through every step.
